Why is sending email newsletters is good for your business?

Customers buy from people they know, like and trust – newsletters are the best way for building and retaining this relationship. An email allows you to write more in more detail than within social posts. The people on your mailing list are VIPs, learn how to nurture them and see an uptake in interactions and sales.

As a creative business, you will handle customer data regularly. If you are operating in the UK, it is important to have a sound understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This was introduced under the Data Protection Act in 2018 to protect personal information used by organisations, businesses and the government. GDPR is covered with the most up-to-date requirements at the time of the talk.
