Crafted from a single board of reclaimed English oak, this piece beautifully showcases the natural elegance of the timber. Its clean, simple design highlights the wood's unique character while embracing traditional woodworking techniques. A sturdy dovetail bar at the bottom, paired with two lap-joined legs on either side, ensures both strength and stability. Purchased artworks will remain on display as part of the exhibition until it closes on 30 September. Buyers may then choose either to collect their artwork free of charge from Standen House on 2 October, or to have the work professionally packed, insured and couriered by Sussex Contemporary.
