Artist’s statement
This image captures the fragile nature of shelter, showing how safety can be compromised while still offering protection. I am particularly taken by the dramatic broken glass and its central opening, which highlight the thin boundary between indoor safety and outdoor vulnerability, exploring what happens when barriers are breached.
All purchased artworks must remain in the exhibition until 12pm on 29 November 2026.
Artworks can be collected between 12pm and 6pm on 29 November 2026, or between 10am and 4pm on 30 November 2026.
