Artist’s statement
Tracey gives free haircuts at her local soup kitchen on Sundays. Some of her clients are rough sleepers, while some are housed after experiencing homelessness - all in need of her service. With her scissors and her smile, Tracey creates a shelter where people can look and feel like themselves again.
All purchased artworks must remain in the exhibition until 12pm on 29 November 2026.
Artworks can be collected between 12pm and 6pm on 29 November 2026, or between 10am and 4pm on 30 November 2026.
For every £1 spent with SUSSEX contemporary, 70p goes directly to the artist.
