Dimensions: 60 x 40
Artist’s statement
Everyone has a personal space where they retreat to feel safe and secure. When I seek respite from the demands of daily life, I prefer a walk in the woods. There I experience a profound sense of happiness and security. As I walk through the towering trees that frame me like cathedral walls, my mind finds peace and all my worries are forgotten.
All purchased artworks must remain in the exhibition until 12pm on 29 November 2026.
Artworks can be collected between 12pm and 6pm on 29 November 2026, or between 10am and 4pm on 30 November 2026.
For every £1 spent with SUSSEX contemporary, 70p goes directly to the artist.
