After you purchase your entry/entries on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

We send out links to our closed artists’ page after we have received your order, we aim to send these out within 3 working days, Monday-Friday, of order receipt. Please also check email spam folders for our correspondence.

On the closed artists’ page, you will find all the exhibition information, a link to a blog from our Creative Director, Jo Myles, with tips on taking a good submission photograph and a formula for pricing your work.

Most importantly, you’ll also find the link/s to our submission platform, where you can upload your image and fill in the ever-important form.

You’ll need artwork measurements in cm and its weight in KG, so it’s worth reading all the information before you start your submission.
